  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationship with nominated accounts
  • Develop and follow up the project pipelines to secure the sustainability of project team

Huawei Cloud Architecture
  • Design cloud environments with a focus on Huawei and demonstrate technical cloud architectural knowledge; Get involved in the design of production, staging and development of cloud infrastructure running in 24x7 environments
  • Implement and oversee all aspects of the cloud environment including provisioning, scale, monitoring and security
  • Deliver cloud strategies aligend with business objectives and with a focus on cloud migrations
  • Provide leadership in infrastructure migration methodologies and techniques including mass application movements into the cloud including implementation of Hawei public/ private cloud with global enterprise environments
  • Implement required systems, solutions, and processes needed to manage cloud cost, monitoring, scalability, and redundancy are accounted for and continuously validated

Infrastructure Engineer

1)故障处理

②故障恢复:处理设备软硬件问题,包含问题录入、问题分析、问题处理和紧急恢复。

③坏件更换:协助客户核对备件型号,指导客户On Site团队完成硬件更换及坏件归还。

2)日常巡检

①硬件状态检查:定期检查机房的温湿度、粉尘、振动冲击、机架走线等环境状况,以及设备的运行状态检查,对异常状态进行记录并处理。

②软件运行检查:通过工具对业务运行情况、关键进程、关键资源利用率、数据库等性能指标,对异常情况进行处置。

3)主动服务

①服务响应:响应日常运维中客户诉求,包含用户使用咨询、服务发放、资源调整及策略开通(仅限用户级,非系统级),方案及实施必须纳入华为变更管控流程。

②变更协助:提供紧急恢复或预防性服务所需的变更协助,主要面向华为产品整改、预警、漏洞、硬件故障、紧急扩缩容等场景,包含方案澄清、MOP制作、方案评审、变更实施、服务报告提供。

③系统备份:日常备份华为设备配置数据、系统数据、存储数据,例行检查备份情况。

④存量管理:例行梳理客户现网网络存量,按照网元维度统计网元类型、数量、版本等,并对网元软硬件生命周期进行管理,例行预警。

⑤会议报告:例行向客户汇报网络维护进展,输出维护报告。
