Job Description

Strategic Account Management

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key enterprise clients
  • Developing and maintaining strong, collaborative partnerships with clients

Client Relationship Expansion

Operational Excellence

Requirement

  • 5+ years of experience as an IT Account Manager or similar role
  • Proven track record of growing and retaining high-value client accounts
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • In-depth understanding of IT solutions, products, and services
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business)
